Due to the nature of our business, offering a membership subscription with immediate access to our services, we are unable to offer refunds on subscriptions. However, you can cancel your membership subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account to manage or cancel it. If you need any help, email team@crepcircle.com. 

All our products are 100% authentic. We do not offer refunds on stock, however, if the item is damaged or faulty we will refund you in full. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at team@crepcircle.com. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost, and we recommend sending your item using a tracked and insured service.
