To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Express-shipped products are shipped the next business day and typically delivered in 2-4 days. Most international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis, meaning taxes and duties are included at checkout for certain countries.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item for whatever reason, we do have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Simply return your sneakers in their original condition with both the sneaker box and an outer protective box for a full refund, no questions asked. Items bought on sale or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email and process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that pre-loved items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.

As every brand has slightly different sizing standards, we advise you to get in touch with the specific manufacturer (e.g. Nike, Adidas etc.). They can guide you to the appropriate size for you. They might also assist with gender size conversions.

Certain trainers might have the sizing type abbreviated next to the name. If there's an abbreviation by the name, it doesn't follow traditional men's sizing. For example, a 6 in GS isn't the same as a 6 in Men's.
